Bonded Warehouses of Ningbo Zhejin Steel Materials Co., Ltd was generally called Zhejin Warehouse or Zhejiang Goods Warehouse, which is the old warehouse in Ningbo Bonded Zone. Under the support of the parent company, it invested almost 3 millions Yuan into bonding warehouses’ maintenance and rebuilding, which include the transformations for storehouse elevators, handling platforms, epoxy resin grounds, doors, windows, protections of ventilating devices and outdoor field grounds concrete hardening and environmental renovation. Global E-eye remote monitor control system, Infrared Ray alarm system, important channel monitor control system, night electro-patrol system were installed, which had improved warehouse infrastructures grade and level , enhanced the imagination and operation condition in some extent. Infrastructure of Warehouse

There are 1-3# standardized warehouses (building area 25589 m2) and open stock yards (3000m2) in the inner storage.
External storages leased to other units in bonded zone are about 3000m2.

It’s a 7-layer steel reinforced concrete frame structure, made by 3 relatively independent parts, and presenting ε-shape structure. It is divided into 21 individual unit warehouses (3 buildings*7 layers/building), which is rectangle layout of 42 m (length)*24 m (width), column 6 m *8 m and unit warehouse area 1025m2 ( not including public area).it was finished in January, 1996 and rebuilt in 2006. The 4 floors of the building are clean warehouses with epoxide resin grounds and moldproof coating inner walls, in which, there are 2 floors of special-used foods warehouses, one special feeding warehouse (constant temperature) for Ningbo Qimei Electronic Corp from Taiwan LG Chemical Company and one non-special use clean warehouse.

The three warehouses are connected by 2 gallerys. Each gallery is installed 3 pieces of personnel and cargo elevators (total 6 pieces, 2tons of 4 and 3 tons for others), offices (connecting web and telephone terminals) and bathrooms. All elevators are equipped with high definition safeguard electric cameras and floor channels have infrared warning apparatuses.
the warehouses fire protection rating is designed and constructed by C class storage standards and there are automatic fire protection alarm systems, automatic sprinkling systems and machine aeration devices installed in the warehouse.
