On 18th, June, 1992??Ningbo Gangqian Industrial Park Administrative Committee replied to Zhejiang Province Commodities Bureau: Agree to establish Zhejiang Good &Materials Bonding Co., Ltd.
On 19th, June, 1992 ????Zhejiang Good &Materials Bonding Corp was registered.
On 19th, November, 1992 ???The State Council replied to Zhejiang People's Government： Agree to establish Ningbo Gangqian Industrial Park to Ningbo Bonded Zone.

On 28th, November, 2005 ? Zhejiang Good &Materials Bonding Corp was regrouped and renamed Ningbo Zhejin Steel Materials Co., Ltd.
